Nothing. They open your link, choose and confirm with their name, phone and email, with no install and no password, and they get their pass with a code. If they want, they create a free account to see all their appointments, their history and what they have spent.
No. Your link already is your page: what you offer, your hours and how to reach you, and that is where they book and buy. You need no storefront and no website of your own.
The way you always have: cash or bank transfer, and your client sends you the receipt. In the United States, Canada, Australia and Japan you can also take cards, into your own Stripe account. More countries are on the way.
No. The time is checked again on the server before anything is saved: if two people ask for it in the same second, only one wins. Never two bookings in the same slot.
Change it and your link knows right away. You can block off a few hours or a whole day and those times stop being offered.
