Yes, from Billing. Your plan runs until the end of what you already paid, then you go back to Free with your store intact.
What happens if I hit the booking limit on Free?
We let you know when you are close. At the limit, the store stops showing times until next month. Moving to Pro opens it again right away.
Why is it in US dollars?
It is one price for the whole region. You pay with your usual card and your bank does the conversion.
What is an AI conversation?
One customer writing on the same day. Even if they send ten messages, it counts as one.
What if I run out of AI conversations?
The chat keeps answering with buttons, it never goes silent. If you want more, top up from the app, in Billing, on any plan.
Do you charge on what I sell?
No. What your customers pay you with a transfer receipt goes straight to you.
Yearly or monthly?
Yearly is paid once a year and costs less than twelve single months; each plan shows the year's total. If you are trying it out, start monthly and switch whenever you like.
