Terms and conditions.
This is what we agree on when you use Storio, whether to run your store or to buy and book in one.
Last updated: October 7, 2026Storio is still being built, so this will change: we'll add things, remove others and fine-tune how they work. We always tell you before a change applies, and we tell you what changed.
1. Who we are and what Storio is
Storio is a product of Candhrly LLC, a company incorporated in the United States. It is a tool for a business to publish what it offers and take bookings, orders and messages at an address of its own. We provide the tool. What is sold or provided, its price, its quality, its delivery and whatever is agreed with the client is between the business and its client: Storio is not the seller, nor the service provider, nor a party to that agreement.
2. Who can use it
To open a store you must be of legal age and able to enter into a binding agreement, for yourself or for your business. If you open it for a company, you confirm you are authorized to act on its behalf. You don't need an account to buy or book in a store; if you are a minor, do it with a responsible adult.
3. Your account
The details you enter must be true: whoever opens your link makes decisions based on them. Your password is yours and you are responsible for what happens with it; if you think someone got into your account, write to us. If you add your team, you are responsible for what they do in your store with their access. You can stop using Storio whenever you want.
4. What you publish
Your services, your products, your prices and your photos are yours, and you remain their owner. While you keep them published you give us permission, free of charge, to store them, show them in your store, in the Storio search and in link previews when someone shares your link, and to adjust their size or format. You are responsible for it being true, legal and yours, or for having permission from whoever created it.
5. What is not allowed
You may not use Storio to: · sell or advertise anything illegal in your country or your client's, or anything that requires a license you don't have; · mislead about prices, identity, results or conditions; · message people who did not write to you or agree to receive your messages; · impersonate another person or brand; · publish sexual, violent or hateful content, or content that violates other people's rights; · access other people's accounts, scrape the site or attack the service. If you connect WhatsApp, Instagram or Telegram, you also follow that platform's rules. If one of them limits or closes your account because of how you used it, Storio is not responsible for that.
6. Messages, the assistant and AI
If you turn on the assistant or your automatic flows, Storio replies on your business's behalf with what your store already shows: services, prices, hours and free times, and it can show the catalog, put an order together, book, move or cancel bookings and add someone to the waiting line, always for whoever is writing and nobody else. It uses artificial intelligence, and AI can make mistakes: review what you set up, check your inbox and correct it when needed. What your assistant, your templates and your flows say, your business says, and you answer for it to your clients. Your clients can ask to talk to you, and the assistant hands you the conversation when they ask or when it doesn't know what to answer. To message someone first you need their permission, and if they ask you to stop, you stop.
7. Bookings, orders and money
Storio shows your prices, books the time, takes the order and tells you what is still unpaid. In cash, by bank transfer or with another method you list, the money goes straight from your client to you and Storio never touches it. If your client uploads a screenshot of a payment, Storio shows it to you as it is: checking that the money arrived is up to you, because Storio does not validate receipts. In the countries where it is available you can take cards through Stripe, into your own Stripe account and under Stripe's terms, which you see and accept before turning it on; from each card payment, Storio keeps the share your plan states. Card details are kept by Stripe, never by Storio. Refunds, exchanges, warranties, no-shows, delays and complaints are settled between you and your client, under the rules you publish in your store and those set by law. Taxes and invoices for what you sell are yours too.
8. What it costs
Starting is free and needs no card. The Free plan has a monthly cap on services, appointments and orders; the paid plans lift it and add more, with their prices shown in the app before you choose. A paid plan is charged in advance, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically until you cancel it from the app; once cancelled it stays active until the end of the paid period, and the unused part is not refunded, unless the law of your country says otherwise. If a price or a cap changes, you will know beforehand, and nothing you already have switches off overnight.
9. Verifying your identity
It is optional. If you do it, your store carries the verified badge and shows up earlier in the Storio search; without it you still appear, as long as you have a name, hours and something to offer. We check that you are who you say you are by comparing your ID with a photo of your face; we do not check or vouch for your work, your prices or anything that happens at your place of business. We may remove the badge if the verification expires, if we receive a well-founded report, or if we find that the details were not yours. Your link keeps working either way.
10. When it may be unavailable
We do everything within our reach to keep your link up at all times, but it runs on the internet and on third-party services: there is maintenance, there are outages and failures. Storio is provided as is and as available, with no guarantee that it will never be interrupted or that it fits a particular purpose. That is why you can also check your schedule and add bookings by hand from the app.
11. The limits of our liability
To the extent the law allows, Candhrly LLC is not liable for: · what happens between a business and its client; · lost profits, sales or data, or indirect damages; · outages, failures or decisions of third-party services such as Stripe, Meta, Telegram or Google; · what an automatic reply set up or left on by the business says or does. If we were still liable, the most we owe is what you paid us in the twelve months before the event, or 100 US dollars if you use Storio for free. None of this takes away the rights the law of your country gives you as a consumer that cannot be waived.
12. If we get a claim over your store
If you run a store and someone brings a claim against Candhrly LLC over what you published, sold or provided, over the messages you or your assistant sent, or over a breach of these terms or the law, you take on that claim and what it costs, including reasonable attorney fees, and you hold Candhrly LLC harmless.
13. When an account is closed
You can close your account whenever you want from Settings, with “Delete my account”. We may suspend or close it if it is used to deceive people, publish illegal content, send unwanted messages or attack the service, if an authority or a connected platform requires it, or if it puts other people at risk. In any other case, we write to you first. What happens to your data when you close it is in the Privacy notice.
14. If this changes
They will change: the product is young and still being built. Every time they do, we tell you by email and in the app before the changes apply, with what changed summed up in a sentence, not with a new document where you have to guess the difference. And if a change doesn't work for you, you can close your account and take your data with you.
15. Where a problem gets resolved
Storio is a product of Candhrly LLC, which is responsible for it. Before anything else, write to us: almost everything gets fixed by answering an email. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Candhrly LLC is incorporated, without removing the protection the law of your country gives you as a consumer. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still stands.
